REGIONAL TEAM OF COOPERATING ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN THE PROJECT „MODEL OF THE COMMUNITY CARE IN THE JESENIK REGION“Within the project Model of the community care in Jesenik region we created above all even „Regional team of the cooperating organizations“. Regional team is created by representatives of the subjects that provide care to the persons with a mental illness nebo they come into contact with them, in the team there are e.g. representatives of the health organizations, providers of the social services and workers of social unions appointed by the bureaus of the state administration. The representatives of the organizations meet once every two months during coordination meetings, where they solve common themes and questions accompaning the persons with a mental illness. The representatives of more than 20 subjects (bureaus, villages, providers of social services,…) joined the regional team gradually, thank you. Thanks to creating regional team the interdisciplinary communication about the issues of the persons with a mental illness. The goal is to select persons with mental illness who need support in their treatment. Our field team works with the selected persons who need support, it also dedicates its time to persons with mental illness in their home environment and follows up on the sleeper and ambulatory health care in the region. The team consists of a psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker and a peer concultant (worker with their own experience with a mental illness). The next meeting of the Regional team of the cooperating organizations will take place on 10th July 2018 in Penzion u Petra in Jeseník, from 9 o´clock. A special foreign guest will be participating - Mark Steven Hopfenbeck - an anthropologist and associate professor at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, co-founder of the Open Dialogue Method and expert guarantor of the implementation of the OD method at ZAHRADA 2000. He will share his experience with this method with the possibility of a joint discussion. |
